The staff was delightful providing assistance. They upgraded me to a lovely room with a scenic view of the hills. The beds were soft, the breakfast was very good.

Everyone who works in the hotel is excellent and affable. It has quiet and handy location and easy parking, and it's near a couple good restaurants as well as the shores of Loch Ness. Also, Meall Fuar-Mhonaidh is relatively close to the venue.

The king room had an incredibly comfortable bed and was equipped with a kettle and a toaster, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food in a peaceful and central location.

The family who runs the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sarah. The whole place is very clean and equiped with all necessary facilites like on-site private parking. Breakfast is good with 3 options to choose from, one of the best we have had amongst the 10 places we stayed in during our Scotland trip. Though we didn't have an en-suite room, the private toilet and showering facility is just opposite to the room and bath robes were provided.
WiFi signal is not strong enough in the room and you have to be in the common areas to gain access to internet. Sound proving of room is not very good, you can hear everything in the corridor and nearby common areas like people going to toilet or trying to get WiFi, can be a little bit annoying during the evenings.

This hotel is the perfect base for exploring the Loch Ness area. Situated in a great little village with a couple of good restaurants, it offers excellent value for money. The staff here are friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-maintained with private bathrooms, and I loved the cozy atmosphere, especially with the great fireplace. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and set us up for a day of adventures.
All was great, couldn't have asked for more.

Very friendly staff, the rest was OK, rooms and food average. Not the best B&B we´ve stayed at, but the staff is extremely friendly.
